The FounderAtlas brand, design, and platform elements (excluding user content) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from protected materials without authorization.

FounderAtlas may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or policies.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FounderAtlas and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FounderAtlas and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
